  4. Data via WhatsApp: phone number and content of messages exchanged through the WhatsApp Business API, when the user chooses to receive communications through this channel.

3. Using the TikTok API

The Lipe POS system uses the TikTok API, provided by TikTok Inc., to allow users to authorize the scheduling and publication of content on their TikTok accounts directly through the Lipe POS system. By connecting their TikTok account to Lipe POS, the user:

  1. You authorize PDV Lipe to access basic profile information and publish content on your behalf, according to the permission scopes granted.
  2. You acknowledge that data transmitted through this channel is also subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.
  3. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings or within the Lipe POS dashboard.

Lipe POS does not store TikTok login credentials and only uses authorization tokens provided via OAuth 2.0. All actions performed via the TikTok API are based on the user's explicit consent.

4. Use of YouTube API Services

The Lipe POS system uses YouTube API Services, provided by Google LLC, to allow users to publish and manage videos on their YouTube accounts directly through the system. By connecting their YouTube account to Lipe POS, the user:

  1. Authorizes PDV Lipe to access basic channel information and publish content on its behalf, according to the permission scopes granted via OAuth 2.0.
  2. It acknowledges that the data transmitted through this channel is also subject to Google Privacy Policy.
  3. You can revoke access at any time in myaccount.google.com/permissions or within the Lipe POS panel.

Lipe POS does not store YouTube login credentials. We only use temporary authorization tokens provided via OAuth 2.0, which are automatically renewed and deleted upon user request or account deletion. Data obtained via the YouTube API is used exclusively for the execution of functionalities requested by the user and is not shared with third parties.

5. Use of the WhatsApp Business API

Lipe POS uses the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to send communications to users who consent to receive them. By providing their phone number and authorizing the receipt of messages via WhatsApp, the user:

  1. You agree to receive transactional messages, system notifications, and announcements relevant to the use of the Lipe POS system.
  2. You acknowledge that the data transmitted through this channel is also subject to the Meta/WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
  3. You can unsubscribe from messages at any time by replying EXIT to any received message or by accessing your dashboard settings in the Lipe POS system.

PDV Lipe does not use WhatsApp to send spam or unsolicited messages. All communications are based on the user's explicit consent (opt-in).

6. Data Sharing

PDV Lipe does not share personal data with third parties, except in the following situations:

  1. When required by law or by competent authorities.
  2. With trusted partners (such as payment providers, Meta's WhatsApp Business API platform, Google's YouTube API Services, and the TikTok API), only when necessary for the execution of contracted services.
  3. To protect the rights, property, and safety of the company and its users.

7. Storage, Security and Retention

We have adopted technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. The data is stored on secure servers located in Brazil. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to provide the services or to comply with legal obligations, and is deleted or anonymized after this period, unless the law requires a longer period.
